D1.1 Administrative Procedures
This document sets out the framework for internal communication and administration in the CLIPC project.
As details of European Commission reporting requirements are not available in the early stage of the project (a consequence of the on-going transition from FP7 to H2020 funding frameworks), this deliverable will be followed at some point by an addendum explaining the formal reporting requirements in more detail.
The communication is organised around 2 principal web sites (www.clipc.eu and clipc.authore.eu) and 9 email lists. The first website will be the Copernicus information portal, though initially dominated by project information. The 2nd web site is a document management system for preparation and sharing of internal documents.
